Whenever an inquiry comes in for Bahria Town, Talha Block is always among the top considerations — and for good reason.
The first and foremost point is that the land here is completely level, meaning there are no low or high patches. The block features two fully operational parks, its own commercial market, and when we compare prices, there is currently a difference of about 2 to 5 million PKR between Talha Block and other surrounding blocks.
Talha Block Plot Size
It’s a large block with plot cuttings in 5 marla, 10 marla, and 1 kanal sizes. There are also 5 marla commercial plots available here. However, the construction of the Ring Road has had a slight impact — the only notable drawback of this block. Some customers have reported a decrease in the value of their commercial plots because earlier there was a direct road connection and smooth transportation, which has now been discontinued.
Currently, the same route you enter from is the one you exit through, but despite that, one impressive thing is the rapid increase in construction activity. We often say that in the next 1–2 years, Sectors E and F of Bahria Town will be fully developed and populated.
Right now, we’re standing at the starting point of Talha Block, directly opposite Master Block, where the 80-feet wide boulevard begins. On the left side, you can see the land of Talha Block, which includes plot numbers from double digits up to 900.

Talking about its surroundings, there are no major drawbacks except that Ring Road caused Talha Block and Overseas C Block to lose direct connectivity. Because of this, some commercial developments have slowed down.
As for residential plots, demand is higher on the left side, where 70–80% of the area is already constructed.
If we divide Talha Block into four main parts, it looks like this:
- First section — Plot numbers 700 to 900 (Bilal House side)
- Second section — Starting plot numbers (Zaitoon area)
- Third section — Area around the mosque
- Fourth section — Near Overseas B Extension, close to Ring Road

When it comes to market prices, the plots closest to Ring Road are the cheapest, around 1.5 to 2 million PKR. As you move inward, prices increase gradually. On average, a good 5 marla plot costs 2.5 to 3.5 million PKR, while premium locations (facing park or corner) can reach 16 to 17 million PKR.
10 marla plots range from 15 to 16.5 million PKR, while 1 kanal plots fall between 25 to 50 million PKR.
Pros (Advantages):
- All plots are level (no filling required)
- Excellent road approach
- Majority of the area is populated
- Own mosque within the block
- Active commercial market with several marts open
Cons (Disadvantages):
- Connectivity with Overseas Blocks affected due to Ring Road
- One side has a disposal area and brick kiln — avoid plots nearby
- Minor electricity issues on the NFC Phase 2 side
Overall, Talha Block deserves a solid 9/10 rating. Its population density, road access, and future proximity to the Ring Road Interchange make it a high-potential area for both investment and living.
For comparison, Qaid Block, located right opposite, has minimum plot prices between 18.5 to 19 million PKR, while Talha Block offers similar or better options at 2–2.5 million less, making it highly attractive for end users.
