DHA Files – Latest Update (Expected January 1, 2026)
According to the information circulating in the market, it is expected that DHA files application forms may become available from 1st January 2026.
However, at this stage:
- It is not confirmed whether the forms will be free of cost or issued against a bank payment
- The last date of form submission has not yet been announced
As soon as the forms become officially available, we will share complete details, including deadlines.
Banks Offering DHA Forms
The expected banks for form availability and submission are:
- Askari Bank
- Bank Alfalah
- MCB Bank
- Meezan Bank
- HBL
Required Documents for Form Submission
- CNIC or NICOP
- Passport-size photograph

- Any mistake, cut, or damaged form will be non-acceptable
Important Clarification – File vs Plot
This is extremely important to understand:

👉 This is FILE allotment only
Successful applicants will receive affidavit files, not plots.
If you are successful:
- You will be required to pay 10% down payment
- DHA will give a 30-day period to make this payment
- After that, the process will move forward as per DHA timelines

These are not thousands of files. Availability may range between 300 to 900 files, but definitely below 1,000.
Form Deposit & Refund Policy
Residential Deposits
- 1 Kanal: PKR 25,000
- 10 Marla: PKR 20,000
- 8 Marla: PKR 15,000
- 5 Marla: PKR 15,000
👉 PKR 5,000 per size is refundable
👉 Remaining amount is non-refundable
Commercial Deposits
- 4 Marla & 8 Marla Commercial: Deposit required
- PKR 5,000 refundable per size, remaining non-refundable
Refundable amounts will be returned to the bank account mentioned on the form.
Refund timing may take 1–2 months (no fixed timeline).
