The applicant has to submit an application along with a copy of the ownership document (exemption letter/allotment letter/transfer letter) & a copy of CNIC. Acquring of land:

LDA do not approve any project until the land for the development has already been acquired by the owners. Without the actual and physical land, LDA do not trust to approve the projects and try to save the investors to the maximum level as they can.
