Shahkam Chowk flyover is built on the huge area of 96 Kanal. LDA had given the contract for the construction of Shahkam Chowk flyover to NLC.

Its construction started in January 2022 and it is now completely operational in July 2022. The construction has finished early as demanded by the government to relieve the local people. The construction process was a little hectic and has created a little hassle for the local masses as they were guided to use the alternative routes to reach their destinations.
