Latest update:

The people who had not been refunded yet need not to worry or stress because Bahria Town has come up with a new solution for their problems. Plot re-allotment is being carried out by Bahria Town to compensate their clients.

The people who “own” property in disputed precincts can merge their plots with the files of plots of other high return areas. They can apply for the merger of their plots with other plots of high return areas.

Who can benefit from Plot re-allotment?

If the price of new property is equal to the amount paid then they do not have to pay further and their plot will be re-allotted. But if the price of new plot is higher than what you have already paid then the extra amount will be paid in easy installments.

This offer is for those only who have paid their installments and their dues are cleared and for those who are paying their installments regularly. The people who have stopped paying their installments should clear their dues so they can also be allotted likewise.

Is refund option still available?

The option of refund is not available now for new clients. The people for had applied in 2018 for refund will be refunded only but otherwise this option is not present.
