  3. For Bahria Heights PKR 5,500 per square foot
  4. For Bahria Homes Plot PKR 20,000 per sq. yard
  5. For commercial plots PKR 25,000 per sq. yard
  6. For Jinnah Avenue Commercial PKR 50,000 per sq. yard
